This tea includes western herbs combined with the famed Balinese blend which comprises of 3 different lotuses and is primarily a mind- body relaxing tea. A favorite of herbalists from Asia, this blend is recommended to balance any disruption of digestion and sleep. Most of the herbs used may help repairs nerves damaged by stress as well as relieving insomnia and hypertension.

Ingredients:

Herbs and Oils of: White Lotus petals, blue lotus petals, catnip, calamus root , cinnamon, ginger root, lemongrass, hops, scull cap, passionflower , peppermint

spearmint , rose buds and petals, delicately sweetened with stevia.

Use: Steep 1 tbsp/ cup of water for 5 minutes. Sip warm sweetened with honey.
