Aparamrga (Achyranthes aspera) - Ayurveda's Natural Dosha Balancing Herb.
The Sanskrit word apamarga literally means that which keeps away the dhosas.The plant has been mentioned in several ancient manuscripts of Ayurveda as useful against parasites and miscrobes, and as a diuretic and digestive.

Due to its alterative properties, Apamarga is used as a blood-purifier. Being mucolytic, it relieves the blockage of phlegm and eases the bronchospasm in asthma.
How to Use: Best used as a tea. Add 1 tsp of herb to 2 cups of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes, sweeten and drink.
