eSutras Co- label & Private Labeling Policies Private Label & Co-Label Opportunities : eSutras offers private and co-label opportunities to help ethical, earth respecting entrepreneurs create a line of all-natural, safe, organic, earth and people friendly products. Besides manufacturing the product, we also offer customized packaging and labeling services. Private label has a minimum order of $2500/- or 350 units, whichever is more. Bulk packaging is available in 10, 25 and 50 lb bags for dry products, 1 Gallon, 5 Gallons and 15 Gallons for liquids. Retail packaging if provided by customer must be approved by TC Bauer Company, prior to contract. Co label has a minimum order of $1000 / or 150 units whichever is more. Retail packaging if provided by customer must be approved by TC Bauer Company, prior to contract. Benefits: - Receive reduced wholesale pricing.

Privacy Policy: We are very committed to protecting our client's information. Also, all new clients will be issues a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a price structure contract. Total cost is determined per ounce plus packaging, quantity, labeling, and finishing details. Important: Please allow 2 - 4 weeks on the first order. Reorders will be shipped within 30 business days. Price quotes for services are good for 30 days from date of quote. Future orders are subject to price changes unless contracted. Terms: Paid in advance on all first orders. Future orders require 75% down, balance due before shipping product. Credit subject to approval after a 6 month consistent ordering history. No returns are accepted, and orders cannot be cancelled after payment is received. If there is damage caused by the shipper, or if the product is not produced correctly, it will be replaced not refunded. Returns are not available if a proper formula is made. No refund will be issued once the ordering party has confirmed the order. Benefits: - Quarterly Sampling Meetings: Invitation exclusively for members only. Sample, learn, and network. You will also have the opportunity to give feedback about our products.
- Private Label & Co-Label Preference: Members will receive priority for private label and co-labeling opportunities as well as an additional 5% discount.
- SalesTraining Preference: Buyers Club members will receive pre-registration opportunities to secure placement in training sessions before general public. Also receive 10% off training fees.

Annual Membership Annual membership dues are $50.00 and include a sample kit of 6 products – chosen by you. You will receive a membership card, which will gain your admittance to member events as well as membership discounts.
Additional Information: Members can wave annual fee by referring other like-minded individuals to eSutras Buyers Club. - Membership discounts are not combined with other specials. If there are two discounts for an event or product, the larger of the two discounts will take precedence.
- Membership accounts are activated upon receipt of payment. Membership will be renewed on a rolling basis – dependent upon your initial membership date.

- Sampling: Members will have the opportunity to sample and learn about new products. Members can also request in advance individual samples and information for up to 3 existing products.
- Ordering: Order sheets with special club member discounts will be available for new and existing products. Wholesale pricing sheets and information will also be available.
- Networking & More: Meet other small business owners and speak with company representatives about anything new you’d like to see in regards to products, packaging, and educational information. Discuss private and co-label opportunities. Sign up for upcoming training sessions.
