ESutras Preferred Buyers Club

ESutras Buyers Club was created to give boutique shop and spa owners the opportunity to learn more about our products while receiving membership incentives in the process.

Benefits:

• Quarterly Sampling Meetings: Invitation exclusively for members only.  Sample, learn, and network.  You will also have the opportunity to give feedback about our products.
• Private Label & Co-Label Preference: Members will receive priority for private label and co-labeling opportunities as well as an additional 5% discount.
• Spa Training Preference: Buyers Club members will receive pre-registration opportunities to secure placement in training sessions before general public.  Also receive 10% off training fees.
• Give Back to your Community:  ESutras will donate 2% of all member purchases to a local charity of your choice.

Annual Membership:  Annual membership dues are $50.00 and include a sample kit of 6 products – chosen by you.  You will receive a membership card, which will gain your admittance to member events as well as membership discounts.

Additional Information: 

·        Members can wave annual fee by referring other like-minded individuals to ESutras Buyers Club.

• Membership discounts are not combined with other specials.  If there are two discounts for an event or product, the larger of the two discounts will take precedence.
• Membership accounts are activated upon receipt of payment. Membership will be renewed on a rolling basis – dependent upon your initial membership date.

Quarterly Sampling Meetings:

Meeting Agenda:

• ESutras Presentation: Brief introduction from owner, A’isha Bauer, about general information and upcoming products.  Presentation of new products from Liz Kenny, Sales Coordinator.
• Sampling: Members will have the opportunity to sample and learn about new products.  Members can also request in advance individual samples and information for up to 3 existing products.
• Ordering:  Order sheets with special club member discounts will be available for new and existing products.  Wholesale pricing sheets and information will also be available.
• Networking & More:  Meet other small business owners and speak with A’isha and Liz about anything new you’d like to see in regards to products, packaging, and educational information. Discuss private and co-label opportunities. Sign up for upcoming training sessions.

ESutras will host buyer’s meetings on Wednesday’s following the beginning of each quarter from 6:30 – 8:30, on the following dates:

Registration:

Please register for events no later than one week in advance in order to ensure proper sampling quantities and to prepare for unique sampling requests.

Spa Training: 

Specialized training will be offered to salon, spa, and wellness center owners in various authentic healing rituals from Asia and Europe. Training will utilize traditional medicinal herbs.  Members are given first priority for our training sessions and will receive a 10% discount.

Training Dates & Times:

Training dates and time vary based upon demand.  Members can request training in a specific modality and ESutras can schedule a training session if one does not already exist for the specific modality for which training is sought.  

Training sessions are tailored to individual owners or open multiple spas and wellness centers at once.  Fees vary based on the modality and desired teaching environment.
