Herb & Spice Rub:
This great basic all purpose rub is laden with loads of flavor. With enough heat to make it interesting. You can use this rub on all poultry, seafood and tofu no matter how you prepare it.
Use: Rub over the entire surface of the protein you are preparing. Do your best to work the rub in under the skin. Fish & seafood- sprinkle and cover the surface. Let sit for a short while and then bake, fry or grill.
Ingredients: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, onion flakes, garlic granules, rosemary, red chili pepper, lemon peel, black pepper, sage, basil and a proprietary blend of herbs and spices.
