Shipping:
We currently offer the following choices of shipping:

International Shipping: We ship internationally, to most countries. We ship all international packages by the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges shown on the website are available within the continental United States only. You will be emailed, within one business day, a confirmation of the actual shipping charges. You will not be charged until the shipping charge has been confirmed by you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please inquire with us regarding shipping rates, as they tend to vary.
Returns:
Our guarantee to you...if for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you'll enjoy our products. And if you do not, then we will do everything to make your business experience with TC Bauer Company the most enjoyable. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. You have up to 30 days to return merchandise- Returns within our policy are not questioned for any reason When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and complaints and assists us in developing better products. When returning items you have three available options.
- You may exchange it for something else
- You may ask for a TC Bauer Company store credit redeemable on your next order
- You may ask for a refund to your credit card PLEASE NOTE We are unable to accept returns for international orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. All essential oils which you had ordered in 4 ounce or larger sizes, require calling our returns department for authorization at (773-583-4861).
All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to TC Bauer Company is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of TC Bauer Company.

Please note that due to their highly volatile nature and cost Essential oils, Absolutes and Hydrosols are not covered under this policy. They will have to be returned in one week, unopened in their original containers for full refund.
