Finishing Salt Rose Delight

A deliciously aromatic seasoning salt

A lovely floral aroma and red red color of Rose - a popular ingredient in African, Indian & Persian cooking, this one points further and further east. Roses blended with pure sea salts. The Ooty organic rose exhibits enticing floral notes and a fruity-sweet aroma. This visually-stimulating salt is made with only two ingredients, Ooty rose petals, and select salt blend, characterized with a subtle sweetness.

This natural mix is allowed to absorb during a few monts all those natural flavours and aromas of the dried rose petals, resulting in a flowery and mild seasoning salt. 

No artificial additives. The result is a rosy salt that goes well with tempura, pasta, risotto, grilled meat, and fish. It makes a perfect gift as well!

How to Use?

Why not - Rub into poultry before cooking, or sprinkle over roasting vegetables or ....Marinate fish with it... Sprinkle over salads or vegetables when serving...Incorporate into pastry, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, sauces, yogurt or sour cream.
